 Lemminkäinen is a 100-year-old Finnish construction group. The company's market area encompasses Finland, Baltics and the entire world for the projects with the global customers.
 Lemminkäinen and Tocoman have been developing BIM based quantity take-off and estimating since year 2007. One of our common projects is the new public transportation hub and a shopping center in Oulu, Finland. Tocoman provided software and consuting services, which enabled Lemminkäinen to utilize the BIM based estimating in the project. The BIM based methods saved a significant amount of time during the quantity take-off and estimating phases.
